AbleFinder

Connecting parents of children with disabilities

Client
AbleFinder

Background
AbleFinder is an app that connects parents of children with disabilities. As my final project for my UX Certification I worked with my fellow UX students to optimize their copy.

Our research included surveys, interviews with experts, conversation mining and competitive analysis.

My contribution: I created the presentation template, conducted an interview and shared the survey throughout my personal and professional network. I also summarized the key takeaways from the conversation mining and competitive analysis.

Research

Personas

We took our research along with the key audience provided by the client and created four personas.

My contribution: I created the persona points, wrote two of the four personas and populated the Xtensio template with all four.

Content Audit

We created an in-depth content audit of the existing Figma screens. This included the website, onboarding, the match flow and blog posting flow. Together, we reviewed 162 screens.

My contribution: I created the Airtable template, divided up the sections and reviewed half of the second half of the onboarding flow.
