I’m a Senior UX Writer/Content Designer and a skilled problem solver with a knack for asking great questions. I pride myself on my ability to empathize with users and anticipate their needs and wants. I also believe that we could all use more helpful content in our lives.

I started my career in Toronto as a copywriter working with clients like Tim Hortons, Tangerine and Expedia.ca. I moved to Calgary and since then I’ve worked with WestJet, Rocky Mountain Soap Company, Unilever, Midol, Durex, and Alberta Health Services, among others.

My passion for UX Writing and Content Design means I am constantly learning more about microcopy and user experience. I love the insights that metrics and testing provide, and I believe it aligns with my desire for perpetual improvement in everything I do.

I consider myself a learning enthusiast and am fascinated by the intersection of technology, language and humanity.

I am also a Bullet Journaler, an avid traveller and a productivity nerd.
